I had a small issue with a floorboard that came loose in my living room. Adam communicated well on when he would be by to look at the floorboard and called beforehand. He said it was an easy fix and took care of it on the spot! The whole process was much easier than expected and I would definitely use him again. I am planning on having him back out to do some repainting.

Great Job! I am very pleased! Adam did an excellent job installing outdoor curtains on my covered patio. He responded quickly to my request, he communicated with me about arrival time, tools he would bring and arrived promptly! He worked quickly and efficiently. Even took the cardboard packaging away for me. Quality work, trustworthy, professional and reasonable rates. Will definitely hire AP Renovations for future projects. In fact, I think I will have him come back and add patio lights! Thank you!!

Adam absolutely saved my windowsill and door frame after an incident with a very anxious dog. He was prompt in getting back to me and explained how the whole process would work. He made it so easy on my end, going the extra mile to match the paint to the existing color. He was just the best, and it looks like nothing ever happened to the window and door! 10/10 work and service! Hopefully I won’t be needing any more repairs in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be hiring Adam again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer guaranteed maximum pricing for all of my projects so the amount of the quote is the maximum amount you will pay, even if the project takes me longer to complete or is or more complex that I originally thought. This also means that if the project is quick or easier I can sometime offer saving back to the customer for the difference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best and most accurate quotes you will receive will be from someone has who has taken the time to come by your house to look at what your are needing fixed. For this reason we offer free on site quotes for many types of projects. This is also a great time to get to know your service provider and make sure you are comfortable with them before they work on you project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands on experience working all types of projects small to large and I had the benefit of learning from some of the best in the Little Rock construction community.
