Introduction: Hi! I'm Dave and I started RockCity Home Renovations to help you with whatever repair or project you have in mind. Whether you are needing major Home repairs or just a little help around the house I'm your guy! I have worked in Residential and Commercial construction for over 20 yrs in Little Rock and I want to work for you. I take great pride in my work and my work ethics and I hope to show you that. I believe in great communication with my customer's and with that I will give you great quality work. I've lived in LR my entire life, raised my children here, and all of my friends and family are here. Dave is absolutely awesome! When I reached out to replace my front door, I wasn't quite ready just yet cause we were having our plumbing replaced, which cost more than expected and the holidays were upon us. However, we had enough left over in the budget to go ahead with the front door replacement. Dave is very skilled and does EXCELLENT work. He has replaced my front door and it look amazing. I knew this wasn't going to be easy cause the house is old and nothing sit just perfectly square. He got that door looking like the whole house was built perfectly square! Dave now has a list of projects that I need done, which includes replacing a side door, rebuilding our front porch. gutters and possibly more doors for the interior. Dave is trustworthy, punctual and he takes the time to make sure something is as perfect as he can make it. Not to mention, he is very affordable and has great communication. With bigger purchased items, he even picks them up. He picked up the door for me! He has my business for all my home renovation updates that are needed! HIRE HIM!

This company saved the day when I wanted a flat screen tv installed in my parent’s bedroom. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $70 an hour for small projects with a 2 hour minimum but large projects are usually priced by the job rather than an hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After proper introductions I begin by asking what kind of project they have in mind. Then I will inquire on specifics (i.e. time frame, material purchases, etc...) Once the job is started we will both be on the same page and I will give them the quality of work they are wanting!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the best training for home construction/Renovating...On The Job Training. I have worked in this field for over 20 years and I have worked with and learned from some greatly skilled people.
