I love Miss Katherine and my granddaughters love her, too. She always does an excellent job and doesnt mind working around children and my husbands clients. The girls are tracking in grass and dirt. The cat is shedding. I try to keep up, but then she comes and makes it all clean and shiny. She has such a positive attitude!

The cleaner did not do as I requested. My counter & dining room table were first priority. They were not cleaned. I also left 209 hangers for my clothes but instead they folded everything. PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AS THEY ARE GIVEN !!!
