I don’t start with weekly training sessions right away.
Everyone begins with a clear starting point designed to remove vagueness and help you experience what consistency actually feels like.

Step 1: Initial Fitness Consultation + 2-Week Launch =
$150 total
• A one-on-one, face to face, focused fitness consultation to understand your capacity, constraints, and goals
• A simple 2-week plan delivered through my app:
• 2 strength sessions
• 2 cardio sessions (walking or bike — no punishment cardio)
• daily steps
• a few small daily habits
• In-app support so you can ask questions and stay oriented
This phase is about execution, not perfection.

Step 2: Choose How You Want to Continue
After the 2 weeks, you decide.
Option A: DIY
If you want to continue on your own, I’ll provide a clean MS Word version of the workouts so you’re not dependent on an app.
Option B: Ongoing Coached Support
$297/month | 4-month agreement
Includes:
• Ongoing in-app coaching and accountability
• One monthly 1-on-1 fitness consultation at my gym
• One in-home coaching session per week using your equipment (or mine)
• Programming that works whether you train at home or your own gym
I don’t train clients on the floor of commercial gyms that restrict outside trainers. Instead, I support you across environments while preserving your independence.
