Jeremy’s Beyond Limits Transformation has an exciting way of meeting people where they are. Jeremy has lived, suffered, and overcome many obstacles in life and uses those experiences to create unique ways to bring people together and help them surpass their limits. Jeremy’s program helps facilitate daily progress towards, at times, seemingly insurmountable odds and goals that have illuded people for years. The first time I participated in his program was the first time I worked out consecutively for 30 days, and I am still on my health journey three years later! It all started with Jeremy’s program. Additionally, every encounter with the other members is a potentially life-changing experience, and you won’t find a better group of like-minded individuals who want the best for you anywhere. Finally, as silly as it sounds, Jeremy cares about your success and takes it personally. If you are reading this far, it’s probably because, in one way or another, limits have been set in your life, and you want to surpass them. Through #30DaysofDo, I connected with Jeremy and the other accountability members daily. And to be frank, it saved my life on a few occasions. Having like-minded people literally in my pocket to get support when I needed it was a Godsend. Although there is a Facebook group for the program, the magic of Jeremy’s coaching container takes place in a new video-based app. Through this daily connection on the app, I’ve met so many people who are not only dear friends, they’ve become SOUL FAMILY. I also connected with Jeremy for personal coaching and found him to be compassionate and resourceful in helping me meet my goals. He's an amazing hype man who is fully present and attentive to the situation at hand. Working with a new customer is always an exciting process! We begin with an in-home fitness consultation, which includes a friendly discussion about your goals and current fitness level. During this session, we'll measure your body composition and learn your story - what brings us together, and what success means to you. Using this information, we'll create a personalized plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

I'm Jeremy Snowden, a registered yoga teacher RYT200, certified personal trainer CPT, and wellness coach! I help busy people create sustainable healthy lifestyles through personalized training and holistic programs. I emphasize good exercise form, nutrition/hydration and mindfulness; in small, consistent and incremental steps that are the key for sustainability. A lifetime recreational athlete, now I have over 5 years of experience in coaching professionally in fitness and wellness.
