I received a text message an hour before my scheduled time telling me they would be 44 minutes late to my appointment citing an issue with the driver. When they arrived, they were very fast and had put everything into the back of a pickup type truck. I had to ride with one of the movers who had his wife and young son in the car. During the ride, the mover was calling and texting other people and the other mover ended up going to the wrong address/in the wrong direction. When we arrived at my apartment, the wife asked if her son could use my bathroom and we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the second mover to show up with my belongings. I was really nervous the whole time. The guy I paid at the end of the move was different than the person I paid the deposit to. This feels disorganized. The whole experience felt like it was one step above having family/friends help me move and I have been so unhappy with my experience even days after it ended so I decided to leave a review. The service was cheaper than other pros on Thumbtack but maybe I should've paid more for a more professional experience. The only parts of the move that I felt went well were the loading and unloading of my items.

We are affordable because we are Here2Help, not like the other companies that charge outrageous prices and still give poor service. Thank you!

5 stars!!!!! Russel was very responsive, quick and amazing at all job tasks that I requested. He lifted my heavy boxes and transported them from my house to my new office quickly and with care. I then requested that he assembled my chiropractic table and storage cabinet which did again, quickly, with care and efficiently. I will be inquiring him for my future tasks and I have already recommended him to my family and friends.
