I hired Ian to install a backsplash in my kitchen and to do a remodel in the bathroom. He started out great - on time, worked diligently and completed the backsplash although was misaligned. He started the bathroom project making it unusable - then no show. Would not, nor has he ever, answer his phone, returned phone messages nor text messages. Biggest problem was, because, according to him he was just starting out and had no money, I advanced him the funds he needed to purchases supplies and equipment. In short, he is unreliable and untrustworthy. He was paid for a job he did not finish and the work he did do was not very good.
