Rod was very communicate and punctual. I contacted him around 3pm Monday afternoon and he was at my door at a agreed upon time of 10am the next. He assembled the mount kit, mounted the TV in about 45 minutes, all in all, very satisfied with his work!

We made the best choice! Rod mounted two TVs. He was easy to contact and polite. He was very considerate about how we wanted the TVs positioned. He also took the time to explain how to remove and replace the TV. We are more than happy with the job he did for us.
