Dima went above and beyond to help us get our new TV up. We are SO glad we asked for help instead of trying to do it ourselves. It was a very complicated mount that was flush against a brick wall. It barely fit, and due to the actual structure of the house, it went up crooked on the first try. He helped us game plan and tweak things until we were all satisfied! Dima showed so much care and did not settle with it being “just ok”, we sincerely appreciate his time and effort. Thank you so much Dima!
