Working with this shop has been only the best. They are REALLY good. If by some chance there is a mistake made. Bonnie makes it right. That more that I can say for the other shop I went to.

Thank you for your responce. I am not beyond mistakes and in 30 plus years I am sure I have had a few. However I do take pride in my work and my word and do try to make each client important. But even I have my limits when being verbally attacked. Thank you for your time.

Since this person owns a business you would think she would frown upon people who have work done and then complain so they don't have to pay but... after having three hours of landscaping done she said she did not like the work and refused to pay. Everything had to be taken out and she paid nothing. The old saying "what comes around. Goes around" can't take place soon enough. Disgusting.

My dog left with both back paws bleeding because they trimmed multiple nails too short. He has wounds from clippers and they shaved his entire body. We also found a tick on him within an hour of being home. My kids were in tears over how horrible and sad our poor dog is. AWFUL experience and completely unprofessional. They don't check vaccination records either.

Sometimes not matter what is done, one can not please everyone. Ms. Smith was called when the husband brought the matted dog in.She agreed the dog was in rough shape BUT would start to get her done more regular.She said "Cut off the mats, do what you can." We explained that was a shave.

Bonnie had the first indoor/outdor kennel in NWA and her clients wanted a groomer. So she learned to groom through a dog show groomer and many semiars. Even after 30 years in the trade,she still attends semiars. You never stop learning!
