- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair on front pricing with free estimates and I work with customers by offering payment plans were needed. tree work is available 24 seven and I never had surprise fees. Every job is priced based on the size of the tree access equipment needed, and cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by coming out to look at the job in person and listening to what the customer needs then I explain the safest and most cost-efficient way to handle the work provide a written estimate and schedule the job as soon as they are ready I stay in communication from start to finish so the customer always knows what’s happening

I have hands-on training and tree removal storm cleanup lot clearing rigging changes saw operation and equipment safety I’ve worked with a wide range of tree service equipment, including bucket, trucks, ropes, and climbing gear and I stay up-to-date on safe cutting and removal practices
