Introduction: I clean vacated and lived-in homes. My first time charge is a little steep (depending on condition of dwelling) but most of the time, I have to totally organize the dwelling.
Once organization is established, it's easier to clean. If empty, I totally detail the whole place. If lived in, I will organize everything, from ovens to windows.
I totally detail bathrooms, move appliances, pull clothes down and wash them, clean ceiling fans, etc.
