Ben and Leila are very knowledgeable trainers that really care about their clients. They meet you where you are and focus on functional strength in order to get you to your fitness goals. I never leave a session feeling disappointed or underwhelmed. Furthermore, they facilitate an accepting atmosphere free from judgement and negativity, which I highly encourage everyone to experience. These guys know what they are doing, and they won’t let you down!
