What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my jobs quotes are built around a $75/Hr base for on-site visits or $50/Hr for offsite repairs and remote services.
I do not upcharge for parts; the cost that I charge is exactly what I paid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins by making sure that we fully understand a customer’s needs. Understanding the needs means going beyond the surface to make sure that the solution that we offer doesn’t just fix a surface issue, but corrects any underlying causes to keep it from happening again.
After we have the issues laid out and a plan of action in place, we set up a time to visit the customer’s home or place of business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Computer Networking Systems, a CompTIA A+ certificate, and eight years of hands-on experience.
