- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are flat rate up to 25 miles from I49/Wagon Wheel exit. This includes most of NWA but there is a small mileage fee after 25 miles. 4 tons of waste is included with your rental, you will be billed for overages. Typically only containers filled with only asphalt shingles, concrete, dirt or tile will push the limits. We offer a 10% military and reorder discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traditionally, we take a call, text or email from a customer looking for a container on a certain date. A brief summary of the terms of rental is verbally given to the customer. Once an agreed upon date and time is picked, we ask the customer to give us exact directions for dumpster location if they won’t be present. We send over a digital invoice and copy of terms and conditions to be signed. The container is dropped off on the scheduled day and time and picked back up at the end of the rental duration unless the customer wants to pay for an extension or have it picked up early. Simple as that!
