Jenn’s expertise in identifying and addressing the root cause of my health issues has been life changing. She was able to get to the bottom of the “why” behind my issues and created a plan that have sustained real change over time. She is NOT a quick fix fad pusher. She IS professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jenn is a wealth of knowledge and has educated me and guided me through dealing with body trauma from a personal injury and autoimmune disease. She helped me re-balance my gut to improve overall brain and body functioning, make lifestyle changes to reduce body inflammation, and create a sustainable exercise program to help with joint and muscle pain. The tools she has provided me have allowed me to experience a greater quality of life and become the best version of myself. I cannot recommend Jenn enough. If in doubt, don’t be. She will help. I know this from personal experience.

Before Working with Jennifer, I tried going to the gym on my own, working with trainers, and going to Orangetheory. Even with doing this, I was only able to maintain the weight I was at instead of losing it at as well. I always felt low in energy and completely drained by just 3 PM. After every meal, I felt bloated. All these factors took a toll on me mentally, and my anxiety levels increased. When I first reached out to Jennifer, she knew exactly what the problem was. With Jenn’s help and extensive knowledge of health and nutrition, I was able to find the cause of a lot of the problems affecting my body. She put together an easy-to-follow nutritional protocol specifically designed for me. Since then, I’ve been relieved of the bloating feeling and met my weight-loss goal. I now feel great about my body, have significantly less anxiety, and feel an overall increase in energy. Working with Jenn allowed me to get the results I was striving for but could never meet no matter how many different things I tried. Jennifer is incredibly motivating and pushes you to do your best. Before working out with her, I could not run farther than a block without needing a break. Since training with Jenn, I’ve been able to run up to two miles without taking a break. Her motivating approach and personally designed workouts are why I no longer experience back or neck pain. My strength and endurance has increased tremendously. Jennifer is a great trainer and takes her clients’ problems and goals seriously. She is very passionate about what she does, and I strongly recommend her to anyone needing health and training.

Chronic stomach issues, lack of energy, being overweight and just overall never really feeling great was my life until I met Jennifer. Jennifer’s knowledge of the human body and what is needed to sustain a healthy lifestyle both in what I eat and what to do to feel strong again, while making it so it doesn’t feel unattainable, has been a Godsend. I have changed my eating habits, doing intermittent fasting and making it a priority to find time for myself each day to becoming a healthier and happier person. Her workout routines are conducive to my chronic issues, resulting in less pain and more strength. I can move again without pain which has changed my overall mental and physical health. Jennifer’s meal plans showed me how to eat clean resulting in no more stomach issues !! Thank you Jennifer for all you have done for me and still do!

Jennifer is the best trainer, nutritionist, and health coach I've ever worked with.
