- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system of $150 flat rate for all residential customers. Business customers are based at per hour rate and vary per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, you'll deliver the computer and power cables to one of our drop off locations and fill out a simple drop-off form We'll pick up the items within 30 minutes and begin work right away. If parts or software need to be ordered, we'll get verbal or written approval after we discuss price and delivery options first. You'll get frequent updates along the way by email, text, or phone conversation; whichever is most convenient for you. Once the work is complete, you'll pick up your items from our home office and pay via credit, cash, check, or ePay methods. We'll give you a receipt and summary of all work performed. We'll check in on how things are going within 3 days to verify all is well and if there are any outstanding items needed.

We have 20+ years of experience with home and business grade technology. We have Cirtix Certifications and have been in business since 2008.
