Brandon's work is beyond exceptional.It started with me going on line searching for a handyman in Buckeye to install my wall mount for my T.V. Just so happened that Brandon of helping hands pop up. I sent him an email and he responded. He indicated that he was booked up for the week and that the earliest he could do the job for me was next week. He just so happened to be in Buckeye dealing with two other clients and indicated to me that he could stop by and see what I actually needed. He was on his way home too far north Phoenix. He arrived, accessed the situation and in less than an hour my unit was installed and done perfectly. He even suggested installing an additional outlet to give my viewing area and cleaner look. i was so impressed with his work I paid him in full for a job that hasn't been completed due to materials that are needed. Even though I ran my mouth the entire time he was working, he didn't let that stop him from performing his duties and completing the task at hand. I highly recommend HELPING HANDS HANDYMAN(BRANDON). Professional and precise. All around nice guy. THANKS BRANDON!!!!!!! HAVE A GREAT REST OF THE YEAR!!!!!

This man is awesome. He can do practically anything. Repaired drywall in laundry room due to a leak and fixed a giant crack in the front door. Looking forward to having him paint the door. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two types of pricing for my customers, I have an hourly rate and what most of my customers seem to prefer is when I offer them a single price that includes the entire job from start to finish regardless of length of time to complete. Customers like knowing what the project is going to cost them before it's even started. No surprises or misunderstandings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a discussion about what they need done and make sure it’s a task I am able to complete as they are wanting it done. I then plan out how I am going to preform the repair so they know I understand what they want and the finished job meets their expectations. Lastly we go over my estimate and both of us agree on and negotiate what the final cost will be. Communication is how a positive relationship is formed and is how mistakes and misunderstandings are avoided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was trained in the Air Force to work on electrical systems on airplanes, which gave me a great foundation on how to troubleshoot and work with tools and how to read electrical schematics. That training was a great start to acquiring the skills that I have been building on every since
