From our first interaction to the last (for this specific project!), it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. While I know the team was working on a number of projects, they always made us feel like ours was the top priority. The team was thorough, efficient and walked us through each step. We ran into a number of issues with our old plumbing system and they walked us through solutions and were upfront about pricing. We’ve had experiences in the past, where a project has started then stalled and the process was drawn out. Not the case here. Carlos was at our house for 6 days a week for 2 weeks — he worked incredibly hard and was so gracious especially the days that our whole family was home (likely in his way). We received a number of bids for this project and Granada Builders was very competitive. What truly set them apart was how communicative, transparent they were — they truly felt like a partner throughout this process ensuring that we were happy every step of the way.
