- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman services are $75 per hour and plumbing is $85 per hour. Depending on the job it maybe a flat rate. Such as a simple faucet installation. ($130)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
communicating with what the customer wants done and also educating on what I will be doing and the reason for if I cannot completely do what they want, things like unable to mount a tv due to no studs in the wall, I have run into this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in as everyone does in labor work and found the local pipefitters union and started the apprenticeship their, but as a career in construction goes there are sometimes no work at times.
