We provide transparent, competitive pricing based on the size of the property, condition, and scope of work. Free estimates are available, and we currently offer a 10% discount for new customers. There are no hidden fees, and we will discuss all pricing before work begins.

We start with a consultation to understand your cleaning needs and provide a free estimate. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we schedule the service at a convenient time. Our team arrives prepared, performs a thorough cleaning, and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Brillo CleanTech leadership is OSHA 30 Certified and has extensive experience working in construction and cleanroom environments where safety, attention to detail, and cleanliness are critical. We apply the same professional standards to every residential and commercial cleaning project.
