I needed last minute urgent help with structural design-calculations, analysis and permitting needs for my remodel project. Joe designed our snack bar facility which was completed in 2012. I have worked with Joe over many years both as a project manager and an architect, while I was facility manager at the community college. I have found his approach to complex issues of design and construction both innovative and practical. He is very aware of local code requirements and regulations.
