Our pricing system is simple, It is based on our customer's needs, frequency of service, ease of task to be completed and man power needed.- It's not rocket science, Nor do we intend now or will ever on getting rich off one client, - We are here for our clients not the other way around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, our main supplier is one of the industries top janitorial brands "Hillyard" and together we have developed a monthly refresher course that our entire staff attends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After hiring many services providers myself I saw a need for change, there are plenty of franchise companies out there who have no sense of ownership and the mom and pop operations just don't get it - We are a service provider, We are here for the customer, We work for the customer the customer does not work for us.
