We are totally happy with the work East Valley Floors did. We had 1,200 sq. ft. of tile removed and replaced. They hung plastic, then removed our tile and animal stained carpet. They were professional, on time, and did everything they promised. They made some great suggestions. They were slightly higher priced than an other licensed company, but we are glad we went with them. We had a good feeling from the beginning they "were going to do it right". The owner visited the jobsite at least twice that I know if, and then was there at the final walk through. We gave the guys a small tip, which they were embarrassed to take, so Suffice it to say We LOVE our new tile floors. We will have them back to do a grout sealing job in the next year. We showed Brad several medium grad carpet samples that we stock, several days later he called back and said he wanted the cheapest In Stock carpet possible. I sent him a picture of that carpet, which is what we installed. This is not any kind of misleading attempt. This was a fix and flip house that he wanted to spend the absolute least amount of money on, which we agreed to before it was installed. The carpet we installed does match the photograph. We sent a photo of the cheapest carpet by text, because he did not want to meet again face-to-face because it was a quick turnaround house. We are proud of our work and our installers, I reached out to Brad to see we can make him happy, he has not responded to us. We do our best to make every customer happy. True, and I am embarrassed about this. The roll was tagged 12 Ft. x 180 Ft. It was actually short of that. Instead of finishing install on Saturday it was two business days later. This was an unoccupied house, preparing for sale. We have implemented a "roll check" system to prevent this in the future. Von Payne, President & Owner .
Okay, we moved back into our house and the carpet was ruined from animals. We called Von the owner and he came out the same day to give us a price as we needed to move in the house in 24 hours. The following day earlier that expected they pulled up and started laying carpet. Von came back that day to see how the installation went who does that? Well this amazing company does. - What types of customers have you worked with?We provide expert advice, helping customers selected the proper flooring before they ever invest their money. We then buy the product at a very competitive price from suppliers that we know will back us up. We then provide expert installers, almost all of them have been with us for over 20 years or longer. We pride ourselves in every job being done like we would want our own houses, ready to be inspected by other flooring professionals. We are not happy until you are happy. :-)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ask a lot of questions before you ever make a deposit payment for your purchase. Knowledge is Power! There is no such thing as a free lunch, nor will you get anything of any value for "free". Promotions that offer free product have buried the price of the product somewhere else in your grand total. We encourage people to shop around and ask questions, and almost always when they compare our prices, value, expertise, installers, and track record, we are almost always selected by our customers. Ask your supplier to describe your installers. We can tell you the color truck they drive, The names of their kids, their background, and what they do really really well for us.
