They were amazing and created a VIP experience for our guests by paying attention to all the details. The food was fantastic and definetly the hit of our party. Our guests were blown away. Working with the Saiz family was easy and they did such an amazing job. We will be using them often!

JP went above and beyond when it comes to service! I highly recommend him for your wedding or event. I hired him for my wedding which was in the backyard of a rental estate. Him and his wife came on their own free time halfway across the town to one of our walk-throughs to make sure he knew exactly where to set up, and see what he was working with to make his own suggestions to help make the night flow as best it could (serving 200 people). Everything went great and I got so many compliments about the food--it was delicious! He was easy to work with and gave me different options to work with my budget. I am so happy I hired him, I didn't have to worry about a thing and it all went great and my guests loved it! Thank you! I appreciate all of your hard work that went into making the night a success!

The Perfect SAIZ Taco catered my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing! There was a good variety - everyone at the party loved it. Everything was professional, from the first contact to the clean up. Juan Pablo was very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend them!

This was a great experience from the very beginning! Response from Juan was immediate when I inquired, we set up a meeting for him to check out the site, and he was exactly on time. Everything was outlined as to what was offered and how it would be served. Juan and his family showed up exactly on time the day of the party, the food was fabulous, the service spectacular, and we couldn't be more pleased that we had The Perfect SAIZ Taco (and family) at our celebration. For my daughters wedding reception we hired Saiz, and were extremely happy. JP was very easy to work with. He responded promptly and communicated well right up to and throughout the event. Cost was very fair and affordable, and easily sized up or down with options/add ons. Their setup and service was effortless for those of us coordinating the event. The food was cooked fresh onsite and was so very good. Many of the guests even commented on how good the food was. We ordered for 100 people, and were real close to that for attendance, and even after so many going back for seconds, there was plenty left over that they packaged up for us to take home. This was especially nice because we had so many out of town guests staying for a couple days after. We were very pleased with the whole ordeal, and I would gladly recommend them for any affair.

The price is the price, discounts are based on volume, extra fees depending on distance. We usually charge a 10% service fee. Tips are always optional but not included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply talk to better understand what you are looking for and offer the possible option for your unique event. We charge a deposit to fully book the dates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Hotel Management so food and beverage comes easy to me.
