Marco arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the washer needs a new control panel which would cost over$800. to repair.
I will be shopping for a new washer.

Excellent experience!! Can’t say enough good about this company. Honest!! And so reasonably priced. I’ve only hired once but was so impressed with them. Marco came out on time and took old GE hotpoint dryer apart to fix a squeak ! It was an old dryer (really old !!!) but I loved it because it works so well it doesn’t have a bunch of fancy digital controls on it. It’s just simple and it works like a charm. But again it was squeaking so I figured trying to fix this old workhorse would be a bit of a moonshot! I cannot thank them enough!!

Thomas Home Services is a quality company with the best customer service experience bar none! The technician who was suppose to examine my air conditioning system got ill but rather than cancel my service call that day his manager Alex performed the service! Alex was excellent, so great to work with. He was very thorough and took the time to take pictures and explain in simple understandable terms everything that was reviewed on my air conditioning system and where needed vs. recommended repairs/updates were suggested including pricing by service which was very reasonable. I also was so happy that they offered a VIP service program so now they will automatically come out twice a year to provide routine maintenance on my system! One less thing for me to worry about! Highly recommend Thomas Home Services! Alex is a 10 out of 10!!!
