Marco arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the washer needs a new control panel which would cost over$800. to repair. I will be shopping for a new washer.

Excellent experience!! Can’t say enough good about this company. Honest!! And so reasonably priced. I’ve only hired once but was so impressed with them. Marco came out on time and took old GE hotpoint dryer apart to fix a squeak ! It was an old dryer (really old !!!) but I loved it because it works so well it doesn’t have a bunch of fancy digital controls on it. It’s just simple and it works like a charm. But again it was squeaking so I figured trying to fix this old workhorse would be a bit of a moonshot! I cannot thank them enough!! Thank you, Thomas appliances and thank you, Marco! Will hire again!
