Being paranoid and extremely skeptical for anyone to not only touch my laptop, but in today's society, I didn't believe anyone could actually do a somewhat a decent job cleaning my laptop from annoying viruses - I couldn't even go in the internet! 1.) Ask how their pricing works and if there is any hidden fee's do this before you agree to anything 2.) Ask how long a service will take and how much of this time is billable. For instance our business will only charge per hour for specific work, Most services are charged at a set price no matter how long it takes to get the job done. 3.) Virus Removal Question - "Will I lose data and/or settings and if the virus is removed is repairing left over damage to my operating system part of the removal or a separate fee? (This should be included in the initial price.
