- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always meet with the prospective client face to face. I get to know who they are and what their goals are so I can be upfront about what I can do to help achieve them. I discuss common issues that can arise based off my past experiences and help establish realistic expectations.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish there was a way to give customers an inside look into the preparation that goes into my work. It has become very easy for amateurs to say they do this on a professional level, but more often than not it is not the case.
