At Zona Dog Training we offer a variety of services to meet your needs. Check out our website for a breakdown of our most popular services including prices. If you don't see what you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us as we are happy to work with you on developing a custom training program. There are no quick fixes in dog training. Good training takes trust, time, consistency and repetition. When a dog trainer cuts corners or the dog is taught exclusively through the use of force the dog never learns how to make the correct choices and the training tends to fall apart quickly. We believe in teaching the dog how to learn and how to make good choices. Eventually, as the dog has a more thorough education and an understanding of the behaviors, including obedience training, we believe in the thoughtful and fair use of pressure and, in some cases, correction to finish the picture.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to reach out, set up your consultation, and our Head Trainer will then develop a training plan and program that is best suited for your dog. We'll discuss the options, and figure out what the best plan is for you and your dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a huge part of ZONA Dog Training. Our trainers attend several seminars and conferences per year and hold the following certifications: CPDT-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed) CGC Evaluator C.L.A.S.S. Evaluator APDT Professional Member
