I signed up with TruForce in 2018 to take care of a severe scorpion problem. The first two appointments went well and saw a big reduction in scorpions. Unfortunately that is were the good ends. The company completely forgot about me for three months. I had to call them and ask them what was going on with treatment. They stated I had an upcoming appointment that i never set up and never knew about. I had them no show no call the past three weeks and this was after i spoke with someone and complained about it. I'm seeing a big influx of scorpions again and have a 7 month pregnant wife and toddler that i worry about getting stung. The company doesn't care about its customers and will tell you to find another provider. Once my contract is up i will never sign up with them again! There management needs some serious upgrading!
