- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our products are first run, high quality tile and carpet. We offer competitive pricing and five star installation. The studio has hundreds of samples to choose from. Our mission is to meet nearly any price point and support our customers with excellent service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate if our customers spend some time with us in the studio to discuss their project. Having an idea of the area requiring a new product will give everyone a base to draft up estimates. So measure the room or wall width x height. Equally important is what is the budget, who will demolish or remove existing surface and what are potential installation challenges. Bonus customer effort: It is important to consider the design elements that make your home uniquely yours. We recommend that you take a few pictures of what exist in your proposed area. Bring in a sample of existing wall paint, carpets, cabinets, drapery and furniture fabrics. This will support the design service that is available at the studio. Of course a shop and site survey at your home is available.
