We bought a condo in Tempe that had been redone with LVP except in the bedrooms. After contacting at least 20 different flooring contractors, I went with Cristian because of his responsiveness and knowledge. I wanted him to extend the LVP into the bedrooms since I hate carpet. He got a great price on the flooring and picked it up. I live out of state so Cristian did this job without me there which made me really nervous. When Cristian took the carpet up, he found that the bedroom floor was lower because the LVP was installed on top of the tile in the rest of the condo. He had to add concrete leveling to get it even. So many other flooring companies wanted to add a transition strip to the floor going into the bedroom before they even knew there was a height difference and I DID NOT want a transition strip. My son lives next door and checked in with Cristian and said he was always very early and worked all day. I got pictures when the job was done. I am now here several weeks later and the floor looks amazing. You can't tell there was ever carpet in here. I am so happy I went with Cristian. He did a better job than the people who put the floor in when we bought it. I wasn't here for any of it and it is so surprising and refreshing to find people you can trust to do a good job in circumstances like this. He's reliable, trustworthy and does excellent work. I included pics of the floor in the doorway where he extended the flooring into the bedrooms to show what a great job he did.

I was so happy to find Cristian! He was very responsive, always on time, and super helpful in helping us get the flooring we wanted. From start to finish, Cris was great. We were replacing carpet with LVP in the bedroom. Cris helped us figure out what the best LVP types would meet our needs. Although he has a store front location and sells LVP, there was no pressure to buy the product from him. In fact, we bought from Home Depot and had Cris install. He and his team did a careful job leveling the concrete floor and recommended a moisture barrier. After installation, his team cleaned up everything and Cris followed up the next day to make sure everything was good.
Lastly, in the day and age of contractors being unreliable, Cris was very punctual and professional. Highly recommend Cris Mocean and Mocean Flooring team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in a flooring industry about 7 years ago. I had no prior experienced in flooring, so I started as a helper who clean after installer and took trashes out. I worked my way up by learning the trade and becoming a supervisor. I managed projects and quality of the installation. Afterward, I obtained my flooring contractor license and started different journey in my professional life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should always look for licensed and insured contractors
