Sasa is excellent! After he did a great termite inspection for my new house in casa grande, the next day my plumbing/sewer inspector fell through. I went back to Thumbtack and Sasa’s company popped up again. I called and hired him again to do that inspection! He arrived on time again with all the necessary equipment and had my inspection report ready that day. He did both termite and plumbing/sewer inspections with quality and within the estimated value. I was really nervous about my new build one year warranty inspection but Sasha was affordable and put me at ease. He was not only easy on the eyes but he was very informative with things I should notice and report to the builder. He had my detailed report with photos emailed to me with in a couple hours!! It was amazing! Oh and he was also kind to my dog which means a lot to me. Thanks Sasha!!
