We offer transparent flat-rate pricing based on the size and condition of the home. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. First-time cleanings are typically a deep clean to get your home up to maintenance level. Recurring customers enjoy discounted rates, and we occasionally offer referral incentives for sharing us with friends and family!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick intake—either by phone or text—to understand your needs and the condition of your home. We’ll recommend the right service type (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out), give you an upfront quote, and schedule your clean. After the first cleaning, we can set you up on a recurring plan for stress-free, consistent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners undergo hands-on training in best practices for residential cleaning, time efficiency, surface care, and quality control. We also stay updated with the safest and most effective cleaning products—especially for homes with kids or pets.
