- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is upfront and no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually the customer tells me what they are looking to get done. They either send some pictures of their yard or I come out and take a look. Then I send the quote and set a date for the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has been mostly hands on experience in the landscaping industry. I’ve worked in HOAs, none HOAs, small yards, large yards. I am local to Arizona so I know what kind of plants are great for desert landscaping and how they will respond in the heat or cold months. I am currently in the process of getting licensed and bonded. I plan to offer more services once I am finished with the licensing.
