Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting
I wanted to move a entertainment center upstairs, very heavy furniture and a 90 degree turn in the stairs. They took their time in evaluating the job and decided it was to dangerous for them and they did not want to risk damaging the house. They were very professional in coming to this decision, it was not a easy one for them to make but I appreciate their honesty and not risking damage to our home or themselves. Brad and Dave moved us from our home Chandler to a 3 story townhouse in Tempe. Even with multiple trips up and down lots of stairs, their enthusiasm never faltered. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge hourly rates based on distance traveled, size of truck needed, and number of personnel required. Our goal is total transparency and complete honesty. We offer free estimates and 10% off all jobs for Military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always aim to provide a face to face free estimate so we can discuss all the customers options. So we receive the phone call, establish a date and time to come out to the property and I personally provide cost, time and an out line of what to expect on the day of the move. We are always able to be reached with any and all questions the customer may have, before, day of and post move.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would always keep an eye on how easy or not easy it is to contact the owner. I, as the owner always have my phone, email, text...anything ready at hand to answer all the customers needs.
