Lexi is AWESOME. I originally hired her as my day-of coordinator. Once the pandemic hit, we had to push our wedding a year later. I found planning the visual elements for the wedding was extremely difficult during that time. I reached out to Lexi and hired her to help with the planning as well. She was very quick to respond to any questions/suggestions I had. And was very professional and patient with my crazy family over zoom calls! Everything was planned down to the min. for all the vendors day of. My family and I only had to enjoy the day! Also, our decor looked AMAZING. All my wedding guests keep telling me it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Thank you so much Lexi!!

I feel that Lexi was so amicable during such a difficult time. We had to reschedule our daughter’s big birthday bash for an entire year. She helped with all that we scheduled to be rescheduled. Lexi is AMAZING! She was honestly the best decision I made during wedding planning. She helped me plan my wedding during the pandemic and I’m not sure I would have been able to without her! She handled EVERYTHING! From finding multiple venues, handling contracts to literally everything the day of, she took care of it all’s Even my anxious bride constant text messages when a venue wouldn’t work out lol. She was honestly so great and I’m so sad it’s over! If you were ever in doubt about the value of a wedding planner, just hire her and it will all be worth it! Trust me, you won’t regret it!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates start at $1,650 for day of coordination and $6,850 for full service event planning. I will offer a 20% discount for charity events please inquire for more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone meeting I will send you an agenda for your event and a mood board (if design is needed). If selected for your event, the planning will begin as soon as the contract is signed and 30% deposit received. For day of coordination, the work will typically begin 6 weeks before your event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by serving and bartending events which led to working as a stand in coordinator when the events did not have a coordinator. Moving forward, I started working for a few event companies as an assistant coordinator which just fueled my passion for events further!
