Lexi helped me to throw a second birthday for my daughter at a small event venue. She was so thoughtful and helped me to think of every detail so that the party would be a complete success. I had a lot of wild ideas and she helped me to streamline what works, what doesn’t and how to curb my Amazon clicks to ensure we had everything we needed but not too much! 😂 Would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again if my husband lets me throw another big party! But hey… we didn’t get to have the first birthday I would have wanted because of the pandemic… so had to make up for it 💕 Book her! You won’t regret it:)

Everything about my experience with Lexi was fantastic. We hired Lexi to plan my sisters wedding in January. This was the first wedding my family has planned, so we had zero idea as to what we were doing. Lexi came to the rescue! She had so many fantastic ideas, came up with things that we would have never thought of and addressed potential issues (like time and money) proactively so we did not have any last minute crisis’. She was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Her execution was on point! She created a beautiful wedding that was exactly what my sister wanted. I should note that Lexi had very little to go on. My sister had some ideas like color and theme, but really didn’t have a lot of detail or context behind it. So Lexi took her own creative talents and vision and it was PERFECT. She set everything up, took care of all the little details(we didn’t have to do anything) and she took everything down. She made is so simple for us so that we could focus on and enjoy my sisters special day. We received so many compliments on the decor, dessert table, food, bar, etc. I would recommend Lexi to anyone and everyone that is looking for a rockstar to plan their next event. I feel that Lexi was so amicable during such a difficult time. We had to reschedule our daughter’s big birthday bash for an entire year. She helped with all that we scheduled to be rescheduled. Lexi is a beautiful person who wants you to have a most amazing special occasion…..thank you Lexi for helping o create our special occasion to be so special

Lexi is AWESOME. I originally hired her as my day-of coordinator. Once the pandemic hit, we had to push our wedding a year later. I found planning the visual elements for the wedding was extremely difficult during that time. I reached out to Lexi and hired her to help with the planning as well. She was very quick to respond to any questions/suggestions I had. And was very professional and patient with my crazy family over zoom calls! Everything was planned down to the min. for all the vendors day of. My family and I only had to enjoy the day! Also, our decor looked AMAZING. All my wedding guests keep telling me it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Thank you so much Lexi!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates start at $1,600 for day of coordination and $6,500 for full service event planning. I will offer a 20% discount for charity events please inquire for more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone meeting I will send you an agenda for your event and a mood board (if design is needed). If selected for your event, the planning will begin as soon as the contract is signed and 30% deposit received. For day of coordination, the work will typically begin 6 weeks before your event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by serving and bartending events which led to working as a stand in coordinator when the events did not have a coordinator. Moving forward, I started working for a few event companies as an assistant coordinator which just fueled my passion for events further!
