- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Personal Chef: services are all-inclusive minus the cost of food. *Additional fees apply. Once You have chosen your service duration a Phat Chef will contact you to discuss the desired menu and cost of food for your event. Please See Service Table Below. Discounts are present when selecting a larger service duration. Customers can book and pay for a larger service duration and split between dates/events as appropriate. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Personal Chef Once you have chosen the service duration a Phat Chef will contact you to discuss the desired menu and cost of food for your event. The phat chef will then submit the budget to Admin for review. Customer is welcome to pay for services in advance prior to cost of food and be invoiced for food separately in order to reserve date/time or can pay in full after food budget has been agreed upon. ~~~~~~~ *Wellness/Life Coaching and other services Once request is received coach will reach out to the client to see if client/coach is a good fit. Then coach will review basic policies and begin services curtailed to clients desired outcomes.
