Ryan and I have been training together at a personal gym two times a week. I had no previous knowledge of weight training or resistance training and he has coached me so that I could start my journey safely. His workouts are easy to follow and he explains them very well so you can even do them at home. He's always on time, professional and makes working out fun!

Ryan trained me four or five days a week from August 2009 through August 2013 at 24 Hour Fitness in Concord and Walnut Creeek, California. At age 50, through Ryan's guidance and expertise both in fitness and nutrition I went from a skinny/fat 172 lbs to ultra cut/ultra fit 142 lbs, making the club's 'Wall of Fame' in the process. When my fitness goals took me in other directions, Ryan was easily able to adapt our workouts to fit the current goal. His innovative approach, employing a wide range of training techniques both traditional and unconventional, always kept the workouts interesting, fun and effective. Ryan is the ultimate professional. Always deals with potential scheduling conflicts well in advance, is always on time and ready to train giving you his full attention and maximum enthusiasm and was always able to squeeze from me my maximum effort.

Ryan Ngan is an excellent trainer. I trained with him for two years and would still be training with him if he had not relocated. He is knowledgeable, creative and focused on creating programs that were specifically designed to meet my goals. He created programs for me for everything from core work to full body toning with kettle bells, muscle balls, the Bosu ball, and the TRX ; as well as fun ways to get my cardio in. He also followed up with the workouts he designed for you to do outside of your training time with him. Each month he set goals and helped you achieve them, whether it was to lose 5 more pounds or run 1 more mile. He challenged your physical and mental abilities because it can be very hard work to move up to the next level of fitness or weight loss.
His programs focus on your goals and his encouragement keeps the momentum going. He stays on-track with an individualized personal program designed to meet your training goals, including weight loss and toning up. Ryan always goes the extra mile to ensure your workout meets your goals, even when it hurts. I recommend Ryan to anyone who is serious in wanting to be healthier, improve their fitness, and lose weight and tone up.

Ryan is very knowledgeable in what he does . At 55 and out of shape he takes his time knowing it will take me a little longer . Rick
