- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, I find out what my client wants to do. If I'm training with them I usually charge 30$ for a 90-minute session. Clients can pay in advance at any time. Transfers must be made via PayPal. Cash will not be accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I make contact with a client, I ask them what they want to do. Do they want to build muscle, burn fat, or maybe even both? Once I know what they want I can put together an eating plan or a diet specifically based off tracking your macronutrients. Doing this we can decide what we want to do. For example... say a client wants to get bigger and stronger but then lean out. I will put together a 'bulking' plan, followed by a 'cutting' plan. The amount of calories you will be eating during the bulking plan should exceed how many calories you are burning each day. You will add muscle and a little bit of body fat BUT that is normal when you eat more calories than you burn. We're going to incorporate a lot of carbs to boost energy levels during workouts. You will notice all around mass and size. Then once you feel like you want to cut all of the fat, we will cut carbs down. Follow macros each day and make sure what you are eating is nutritious. I teach all of my clients differently based on their own goals. If a client doesn't want a diet, it is not going to be forced upon. Each week you are given one cheat day. I usually tell my clients that if they don't have time to weigh out their food and take the time to track as best as possible... just approximate. But do not lie to yourself, If you want to reach that goal and truly change yourself. You have to be true to yourself. No one can make you do it but YOURSELF. If you don't like doing one exercise we will find another that will work the same body part to make sure nothing is missed. Each plan is different and varies from someone who just wants to get more healthy and lose a few pounds, to someone who wants to compete and go on stage. Even if you eat too much and binge eat one day and feel guilty, we will make sure we get a fun workout in and make sure we really get a good pump. Even if you overeat sometimes it is ok because we will train and burn it off.

Started with personal experience and change in lifestyle. Once I gained knowledge because of how far I've become. I've helped friends out and it has inspired me to do this as my career path. I love my job and I love my clients.
