Zach is the ideal personal trainer. He is personable, knowledgeable, and empowering. I recently was recovering from a strained muscle in my ribs and unsure of how to work through the pain. Zach helped me rearrange my workout routine and challenged me to try new techniques. Zach truly cares about seeing people healthy. I'd add that one of his best qualities is his eye contact. Someone that will look you in the eyes while you're addressing your needs or personal workout desires, and then responds with your best interest in mind, is someone that is passionate about helping people grow and develop. Some trainers are just in workout mode, "15 reps-next set-go!" Which I'm sure Zach would do if you wanted, but he cares more about health and safety then just push through and get it done. Zach Rocks!

Zach is an awesome trainer. Very organized and professional; also, very creative. He stands out from other trainers I've used in the past with variety of exercises, the complexity, and attention to form to make sure you get the most out of your effort. He often focuses on strengthening muscles you use in everyday life, rather than just the usual ones most people think about. I have used him as a trainer one-on-one, with a pair, and in a group setting and he excels in each. While he obviously does great on-on-one, he seems to relish the challenge of coming up with unexpected exercises for pairs or groups to do together, instead of each of us working on routines separately. I think the main thing that makes Zach different from other trainers is that he is truly interested in promoting a healthy lifestyle for his clients, and tailoring exercises to that end, rather than just giving you a workout.

Awesome knowledge of the body. Zach helped me gain the confidence needed to complete workouts on my own on days we do not meet. Over all professional and great coach.

I was seeking a personal trainer. I was one of those kids that use to weigh 230 lbs in high school and by the time I graduated over the summer I honestly went 230LBs to 160lbs. I was bone and everything I did to gain weight/muscle wasn't helping. I worked with Zach and he put me under some great training! He set up meal plans and workout plans, which really motivated me to work hard. Thanks again Zach! I'll keep working hard to reach my goal! You were honestly the only thing that worked for my that showed progress for myself and I'm not just saying that for this review.. You actually did help a lot!

I have been training with Zach for 6 months. He is an amazing trainer. His education and physical therapy knowledge is evident in his workout plan for me taking into consideration my previous injuries and my age (75). He works out with me. I highly recommend him as a trainer giving him 5 stars.
