FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am extremely fair, usually more than fair with pricing. If we are doing multiple jobs or issues there will always be discounts. My primary job is to serve the customer and their needs the best way I possibly can. I will usually waive or at least half charge the service call if we are taking care of multiple issues. The better quality of service and work performance I give the customer the more they will use my company and refer our services to friends and family
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customers needs and concerns as well as doing a general plumbing inspection of the entire home inside and out after their concerns are issued to ensure there are no other potential issues that the customer may be unaware of. It is absolutely vital that the customer is aware and educated regardless if they want the education or not. Customers need to know as much about their homes as possible as well as the underlying plumbing and water treatment issues that may be there. Knowledge is power and it is much better to fix an underlying problem rather than repair from the damages that came from that problem
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice to a master plumber for over seven years. I also worked with two major companies that sent me through vigorous training with water treatment such as water softeners, reverse osmosis, whole house filtration etc. especially commercial and residential plumbing. My father was also a contractor and built eight or nine custom homes as to which I helped him and his crew build when I was younger
