Brickleys has managed two properties for us and did a wonderful job! They were very responsive and easy to get ahold of, which was important for us as we had moved to another state and not local to the properties anymore. They found us great tenants and there was a well defined process for handling maintenance and tenant requests that made it a breeze for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our model is $0 start-up costs, all inclusive pricing, and no hidden fees. Once your property is rented, we charge a 7% management fee, based off the monthly rent of your property and a fee of $350 once a new tenant is placed in your home.
