Absolutely incredible service. My child decided the toilet was the perfect place to test whether two hair combs could be flushed (spoiler: they cannot). I was fully preparing myself for the worst — replacing the entire toilet — but he handled it like a pro. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he remove both combs, but he did it without damaging the toilet or pushing the blockage further down the line. He saved us from a much more expensive repair, and I’m genuinely grateful. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an honest, skilled plumber — especially fellow parents living on the edge of chaos.
