FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices posted are essentially estimates - nothing is in stone and everything is negotiable as I learn more about you and what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know a new customer and his or her needs is critical. That "help-me-to-help-you" stage helps me understand your expectations for the final product. This enables me to work more efficiently and effectively to meet (and hopefully exceed!) your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent the majority of my 22-year Air Force career as a writer. I specialized in journalistic writing and my process included interviewing subjects, organizing the content, and then telling their story in a way people unfamiliar with their profession could easily understand. During my time in the military I also pursued my education and built a proficiency in academic writing. Today, I use essentially the same journalistic process for creating resumes -- get to know you through an interview, organize the information you provide, and create a product that helps employers see the value of the knowledge, skills, and abilities you possess.
