- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to meet the customer face to face to find out what they need and want. Then we take a look at the job and take pictures of everything to show the customer exactly what we see. From there we work with the customer we let them know what needs to be done and should be done and our biggest thing is we don't sell something they don't need. We get the job done and done right we use the best materials on the market and we do not cut corners. Although we like our customers you will not see us again for the same problem when we do a job it's done right the first time. When a customer is happy we are happy and that is our number one goal is to keep the customer happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We at Desert Roofing have worked with many people from many places that's one of the things about this job we love we get the chance to meet so many different customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to anyone seeking a roofing professional is to do their homework on the person or company. There are so many people out here claiming to be something they are not and I have seen time and time again where the customer gets ripped off please do not let that be you. Check the B.B.B check registrar of contractors check their reviews just be sure who you are hiring you know what they say you get what you pay for.
