- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior discounts along with military both will be a 5 percent discount. Also we offer cash discounts. There is a 4% charge on all credit card payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always love working for a new customer. After going through are process of finding what ever the issue may be we will give you what we thinks the best options for you. When the price and job is agreed upon we will write you a detailed contract along with a emailed contract if able. We love to talk with the customer and figure out what times and dates work for them so we don’t disturb there day to day life. Smaller projects do not require a deposit. Larger projects do require a deposit normally around 30% on start of job. When the job is completed we love to do a walk around and make sure completely satisfied before receiving the remaining balance of the project.
