BEST Experience ever thought I would have! Zack is AMAZING! We can’t get over this is the same yard. It looks beyond our expectations. From Zack to his crew. They did an outstanding job. It glistens at night and shines during the day. So beautiful. Fixed my huge crack in pebble tek step, my light that came out of bracket, and Zack went in ankle deep cold water and fixed for me, added kool deck to new patio and Demo’d old peeling kool deck and replaced to new. Can’t believe my eyes. ZACK is AWESOME even had his wife helping. Definitely a family oriented company. It’s the only Pool Repair company I will ever recommend to my family and friends. Can’t thank Prickly Pear Pools enough. Looking forward to Summer in my new yard.

Details: In ground • Outdoors • Chlorinated • A month ago or longer • Concrete • Cracked, flaking surface or loose tiles

I would have chosen all 5 of the good options if I could. I had last minute repairs that needed to be complete before new owners were moving into my house.

My request was answered quickly and with an actual price of what the repair was going to cost; there was nothing extra or hidden—very helpful when you’re in the middle moving.

They even went above and beyond and fixed a couple things the original pool company left.

Thank you!!

We just moved to AZ and needed a full walk through on our spa. Zack spent the time to help us fully understand our equipment and went above + beyond with the cleaning service.

Hiring Prickly Pear Pools was the best decision! Zach got us an appointment at a time that worked perfect for our busy schedule. He was professional and punctual. Showing up and ending the job right on time. The quality and value of the work was AMAZING! No other company could offer this level of service at such a value. Zach also gave me updates via texts/invoice email as requested. That was so helpful and appreciated! We are SO pleased with Pickly Pear Pools! We will be using them again and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their pool!

Details: Cleaning and Maintenance • In-ground pool • Concrete • Chlorinated water • My pool water is green or cloudy • I do not need my pool drained • One time only • Cleaning system

Prickly pear is amazing! They are cheaper than any other competitor i reached out to. He was also the most responsive and after a poor experience with another company, i asked for proof the pool was in good condition after each service which he was happy to provide. I couldn't recommend prickly pear pools any more.

Details: Cleaning and Maintenance • In ground • Chlorinated • Leaves • Once a week
