I believe that through the power of Christ, we can overcome any obstacle and find healing and peace in our lives. In my practice, I draw on my faith and my training in evidence-based therapies to help my clients find hope and resilience in their struggles. I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and am licensed to practice therapy in Arizona. Christine is an exceptional counselor. She listens intently and responds in a gentle and wise manner. She has a gift for making you feel safe and heard when meeting with her. Her experience and knowledge have helped me work through varying forms of grief, anxiety, and relationship struggles. I greatly value her experience and training with EMDR therapy -- it has made a noticeable difference as I've processed various life experiences. She has also provided me with a good number of practical resources and exercises to use in-between my sessions with her. Mediation apps, breathing exercises, and simple challenges to begin changing my thought patterns have been useful in my journey to a more healthy mental life. More than anything, I've greatly valued Christine's inclusion of faith in each of our sessions.
