Wonderful job. We have white porcelain tiles and although our Roomba vacuum and mop runs everyday , along with us manually cleaning the tile floors and carpet with dyson and steam mop, it is tough to maintain the grouts, tiles and carpet. This company did a great job and made our home look new. They also cleaned up the dryer vent. I felt charges are on the higher side but I didn't compare with other vendors as I wanted the service the next day and they were able to perform it on short notice, so no complaints regarding prices.

Steam Phx communicated from the very beginning. Setting up a time and getting them scheduled was easy. Completed the work in a timely manner and made a few small needed repairs to the tile and grout. Also cleaned blinds and countertops. Would recommend and hire again for future needs.

I was completely satisfied with the work performed by All Steam. He explained the service and even demonstrated the tile/grout sealer he used. See photo attached. I have a multi pet home and wanted to wait to provide a review after we have “lived” in the area. The work and product used definitely was the real deal! My floors have remained looking new. I will be scheduling service for the rest of my home and using All Steam to clean and seal my tile. I recommend this company.

Had All Steam PHX clean my neglected tile and grout today. Not only was he very prompt in responding to my request, he was professional and very friendly too. He even text on his way so I had time to secure my dogs which is a huge bonus for me. Once he arrived, he was so nice and personable! Plus, he did a fantastic job on my grout! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different depending on the severity of soil or damage. The basic price for steam is $10 per room for carpet for up to 200 sq ft of carpet, Ceramic tile has a basic cleaning price of 20 cents per sq ft. As for soiled areas of carpet or tile and grout the preconditioning price is 20 cents per sq ft. The best way to determine the exact quote is to see the job and inspect what is involved. WE give exact pricing upon showing up prior to cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen and listen to my new customers. Assumption is the source of many mistakes. I respect their needs no matter how small the work is. I give my new customers 10 % discount all the time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified specialist in carpet and tile cleaning plus pet odor removal as well as flood damage and restoration. I have over 23 years experience in this line of work and customer service.
