David and his assistant arrived on time, did a quick install, and it looks great! I keep thinking that if there was a bonus sixth star that could be given as a rating, they'd easily qualify. They were particularly attentive to vacuuming and cleaning up any dust created by the job, and that was very much to my liking. Now, above and beyond the installation of the TV on the wall bracket, David pulled out all stops in getting the TV settings established (it is a new TV to me, and I had no experience with it at all), went to the second TV set located in my bedroom and re-set and adjusted it as well, did some work with my router to establish some improved settings, etc. If anyone is looking for a high quality install by true professionals, all at a very competitive price, call Creative Touch...you'll be glad you did, I promise!
